1. Check whether the printer is on;
Confirm that the printer has been powered on. If not, Plug the printer power line according the following picture, and press the power button for more than 0.5 seconds to start the printer.
2. Check whether that the printer power lamp is always blue;
If the printer power lamp is not always blue, please enter the step 4.
3. Check whether the Wi-Fi of the computer and the Wi-Fi of the printer are in the same LAN;
1) When the printer is ready for use, press the power button three times within one second to print a configuration page;
2) The value of "SSID" under "Wireless Network" in the configuration page is the Wi-Fi which the printer connected to.
3) Check whether the Wi-Fi of the computer and the Wi-Fi of the printer are in the same LAN. If not, switch the computer’s Wi-Fi to the printer’s.
4. If the above steps failed to solve the problem, re-install the network driver of the printer.
1) Download and run the installer from website http://www.lenovoimage.com/;
2) Install the printer driver ;
3) Open "Lenovo Print" again and click the "Refresh" button. Select the installed Wi-Fi printer and it will work normally.
